How free consolidated standard shipping works
When you see something you love, buy it before it sells out. Then, you can keep shopping for more finds without paying another Economy shipping & handling fee during the applicable free shipping window. That’s because one of the ways they help you save money is through consolidating items they ship to you. One order with paid shipping & handling must be completed to activate free Economy shipping & handling on subsequent orders.
If you complete another order during the free shipping window, the shipping & handling charge during checkout will appear as $0.00. The end of free shipping depends on each promotion and will be mentioned in the offer description and details. All orders must be made using the same Zulily account and must be shipped to the same name and address within the US. Most Zulily orders are sent via UPS. They use their Smart Post, SurePost and Mail Innovations programs. I have purchased from Zulily for years and have been thrilled with most of my purchases. But they've done something stupid. In their wisdom someone decided to re-design the web-site. Now you're showing me items that are out of stock, I can no longer quickly see the styles that are available in my size...you are disrespecting my time. I am waiting on an order and I fully expect that I will not be ordering in the future. Yes, shipping times are long sometimes, but it isn't a big deal.
I have ordered for many years from Zulily and was very satisfied until lately. It takes at least a month to get items from them. Called customer service due to sometimes when you click on items you purchase you can only see the product description and not the shipping details. So the rep Christopher stated some items take longer do to it comes from international warehouse. In other words it comes from CHINA! or they have to way for the seller to send it to Zulily warehouse and then they will repackage and send out from warehouse. Which brings me to some items have poor quality is because it is coming from CHINA. I ordered the same top in a about 4 different colors from the same shop and some are being sent from US warehouse and the others are being sent from CHINA warehouse. IF IT WAS THE SAME COMPANY THAT WAS SUPPLYING THE ITEM YOU WOULD THINK IT WOULD BE COMING FROM THE SAME WAREHOUSE BUT IT IS NOT. I will go back to Amazon and take my chances there.
cant even give this company one star. the shipping is over long and then they just slap my size on anything they had in stock. Want to talk about return? it was almost $50.00 to return to wherever the hell they are. waited months for my credit and they just kept saying they didn't have it yet. then low and behold it arrives back at my door refused. These people are dishonest thieves and i will never buy from them again. i donated everything i received from them to the homeless. byer beware this is a horrible company that is out to cheat and deceive . they have cute products, bad quality but even then if the delt honestly with people they would have more business. tried to leave no star or at the best a half one but you have to leave at least one. trust me they don't deserve even that.
So far I made 2 purchases from Zulily and I was amazed to see their service, quality of items (quilt set and bedsheet set), shipping speed and more importantly discounted cost of items.
Even their international shipping cost is very reasonable and delivery was faster than local shipping.
Only drawback I found that there was no option to return the items if you done like them, but we did not have to return anything though.
Really appreciate the service like zulily and recommend this website.
I’ve been shopping on Zulily for at least 5 years. I love the unique clothes that I can find and the great prices. Any time I’ve had a problem, which hasn’t been often, or even a question...customer service has been extremely helpful! My one suggestion would be this: if you have customers that spend a specific amount (example $5000.00 in no particular time) they’re considered a VIP member and receive free shipping after that. It certainly incentives customers to purchase more, and then to continue to buy! Otherwise I love Zulily!
I have been a good customer the past year but NO more! I have a $234 credit @Zuilly. I am so upset they will not put this credit on my Account. I talked to Synchroy Bank today. They are the holder of Zullily credit card. I told them Zuilly Would Not apply my credit to my account. They thought that strange. I don’t want to order anything & will not! Zulily wants to keep emailing my credit so to entice me to order again! A marketing ploy! A Very unhappy former customer!
I am very disappointed in Zulily, you use to allow one fee a year for shipping, looks as though you have taken away without letting customer know! I am probably one of your BEST customer, not any more! I do not like the changes you have made and will be looking elsewhere to make my purchases!
I returned a dress to Zulily and received credit, but with all they took off for the return I really lost on this purchase. The dress didn't look like what was pictured as the sleeves were shorter than they looked on the model wearing the dress. Also I thought there was a zipper in the back of the dress, which there was not, and as the dress had no stretch it was next to impossible to get on and off. I still have not used my stored credit as I can find nothing I want to buy and am worried I will only lose again big on another purchase. Basically, I threw my money away. Very dissatisfied with what I received. I will not purchase from them again.
