My bathing suit this summer..2017 is the Venus.com white v-neck, low front suit with Solid black bottom. The top has a silver circle in front in flat part area. Back 15+ years ago, Venus aimed their clothing at teens and twenty-somethings. In the last decade they have “grown up”, and anyone fro 12-60 can find something on their site! The dress’s made with quality, each swimsuit I buy lasts me at least 6-7 seasons, and I always got great compliments and a ton of people still ask me where I got each piece. I requested their CS team to PLEASE let us all leave clothing reviews on their site, and by god, they did it! Now you can look at reviews and get sizing info (does it run a little big or a bit small since they do carry different brands, and though they AIM to have a universal sizing chart, it works for most things, but not everything. Please, people, look at the table and all f the reviews before ordering, and you should have no issue at all. My one complaint is they will sell the same outfit/clothing for years in a row, and never lower the $$, but if it is selling well, I guess it works for them. I have never had any issues with their clothes wearing out! Kudos from a long term customer!

Doesn’t surprise me that their business is going down… ordered a sweater back in DEC 2017 and it was back-ordered until the end of January. It finally shipped, and I was subsequently charged for it for the first time on Jan 23, 2018. However, they sent it to the wrong address, and it ended up being returned to them. I contacted customer service, and they issued me a replacement on 2/7/18, but they CHARGED ME A SECOND TIME and have sent me THREE different tracking numbers for this package, none of them works. I call into customer service AGAIN, and they say they’ve issued the refund but won’t provide any proof and that they’ve cancelled my order now. I’ve now been charged TWICE for something I’ve never received.
DON’T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!! I now have my bank involved trying to get my $70+ back.

This was my first time ordering online and what a horrible experience. I took my time looking through many items and found a coat and dress, with the hope it would be on time for my Christmas party, but two days later received an email saying the order couldn’t be processed. The card shows it has been charged. I called three different times, the first time the lady was so rude to me and sounded exasperated and annoyed, put me on hold for a long time then transfers me and I ended up having to explain the situation all over again to a woman who could barely speak or understand English. The second time I called I thought the case had been handled finally and would be getting my things according to their rep, however two days later still no confirmation email which prompted my next call to the company. After one final attempt to get my order shipped and or get my money back, was yet again treated as an invalid by a nasty, annoyed sounding woman ( lots of sighs and talking slowly and repeating herself ). So my advice is to do your research about companies like this, so you don’t have a similar experience. How unfortunate that this is what you can expect these days. Side note: I had a great experience with Lulus and got a great dress for my party!

Venus originated the concept of “Mix and Match” in 1982. They guarantee a perfect fit by allowing you to select any style top in any size and any style bottom in any size! By following the size charts, you should be able to find your perfect size the first time you order!
Bikini Top Sizing
For bikini tops (excluding style 133 & 137), use the size chart to determine your size. Most of their Tops have adjustable back and shoulder straps so that if you are in between sizes, you can still get a perfect fit. You can find your bra size on their size chart. Tankini and Sports Tops Sizing

It seems like EVERY time I order I NEVER get it when they say I will!! I once paid for 2-day shipping and it took 4!!!! Don't bother to use that feature if you need something right away because it won't happen. My latest order was delayed by 4 days and I still have no idea when it will arrive!! I'm done ordering from them due to the ongoing shipping issues.
i have made numerous orders in the past. I was quite happy with the quality and the speed of delivery , but lately every time i try to order all i get is a fashion emergency message . I order from quite a few websites and this is the only one that i get this type of poor service
I have been shopping Venus for a year now and I can't stop. It is soooo NOT a scam. All my new summer clothes this year were from Venus and I kid you not, I get stopped at parties, in restaurants and lounges every time I wear one of them. BEST EVER!
