Regular well set out interesting surveys. Only had a couple of issues over many years as a member and each time I was very impressed by the speed and competence of the staff dealing with the problems without any need for me to re-contact them, it was done first time, great service.
My only gripe would be when searching through the rewards it is extremely tedious, please make a search for the REWARDS section so you can find at first hand if a shop or company are available. Also more e-code rewards would be much appreciated and even perhaps a paypal reward?

By clicking on emails, filling-in surveys and watching a few short video clips, I have collected enough points to redeem for various items, including computer consumables and good quality kitchen equipment. Vast amounts of points are available by signing-up to casinos etc but this is not essential.

Brilliant Surveys

I love Maximiles because they have some really great surveys and lots of other ways to earn points. These very quickly mount up until you can claim some great prizes. If you prefer you can have vouchers from various large stores so you can purchase whatever you like. The surveys are always interesting and I also like watching the online videos and rating them. A brilliant way to get goods for very little effort.

Not the Best!

I have had problems with Maximiles for a while now, surveys appearing sporadically and not qualifying when they do appear. Last year I used my points to purchase a blow up air mattress so that my grandson could stay. The pump inside it didn’t work from the off and then it didn’t work at all. Maximiles wouldn’t exchange it because they “have the same rules as a bricks and mortar shop” When I pointed out that under the Sale of Goods Act 1974, if a product wasn’t fit for usage, then I was entitled to an automatic refund or replacement goods in a shop, so surely it applied to their “prizes” they haven’t replied and I still have a broken air mattress! So, would I recommend Maximiles? Not really!

Points are available for clicking on links, completing surveys and shopping online – these can then be exchanged for DVDs etc.
You can be as active (or not) as you wish and it’s nice to get something back for a little bit of time online 🙂

The best loyalty program I have seen and have used for many years

I have used Maximiles (was ipoints) since 2001 and have been rewarded for purchases, completing surveys and responding to emails.

I have redeemed the points overs the years for many things, from Books and DVD’s to a TV and many high street gift vouchers.
