What is cashback?
Cashback is the money you can get back on your purchases as a reward when you are a Quidco member and buy online at their partners. Quidco members can earn cash back rewards on purchases at over 4,500 retailers when they buy through Quidco website. That means huge savings on everything from holidays, takeaways, fashion, electricals, utilities and more… Pick how you get paid – straight into your bank or PayPal account or as an Amazon gift card
How does cashback work?
It’s actually pretty simple. Every time a member purchases at a brand online through Quidco’s link, that company pays Quidco a commission for referring you their way. It’s this commission that Quidco gives back to the member as ‘cashback’. They pay Quidco, Quidco pay you!
The team at Quidco works tirelessly every day to secure the best deals from their retail partners so you can earn cashback 365 days a year, even on sale items. What’s more, we work with brands across every major retail category, so that means money back on almost everything you buy whether online or on mobile. Be sure to check back every day for our latest offers, every penny adds up. You could be earning hundreds and even thousands of pounds of cashback every year.

Is Quidco legit or scam?
Quidco is not a scam but one of the most popular legitimate cashback sites online. And it is also free to join and earn money. The service allows members to earn cashback on tracked purchases from retailers. To qualify for cashback, the retailer must confirm that the purchase is tracked, genuine and successful and your resulting referral fee must be received by them (becoming “Cashback” as a result). They do give an indication on the retailer’s page of the length of time they expect a payment to take. The cashback and cashback payment periods cannot be guaranteed due to the number of parties and hand-offs involved in the process but Quidco will always do their best to obtain your payment for you as quickly as possible.
However, if you wish to register a complaint, please contact the Quality Team at complaints@quidco.com.

When making a large purchase or switching broadband suppliers it can save you a lot and may mean you can even get a better quality product/service for the same money.

In the past things have been fine. No problems, however recently I did have an issue with cashback and had to make a claim. The claim was turned down. Trying to get any useful or helpful information from “Customer Support” has proven to be fruitless. I am very reluctant to use this company again, and would not recommend them.
Caveat emptor – if you need support to forget it you are on your own.

Seems like it is money for nothing, which it usually is.
If going to make an Online purchase anyway, use their affiliate links and get some cashback.
I have used for over 5 years and claimed back over £700+ but recently realised that whilst they are willing to give you the pennies and small ££. When it comes to the larger cashbacks and bonus offers they are reluctant to pay out and find some excuse to decline payment.
I have recently had £105 declined with no proof or evidence provided to show why the payment was declined, just that the retailer had “paid to another referrer”. I’m guessing Quidco have pocketed the money
I would not have purchased from Quidco with this retailer without considering the cashback as a discount
Beware of using this site, treat cashback as a bonus, not a guarantee.
I will stick to TCB in the future, much more customer orientated

Tips for making cashback work for you
– Do make sure your cookies are enabled and pop-up blockers/ad-blockers are disabled. If using a mobile device, ensure you are not using pop-up blocker/ad-blocker or cookie protection apps.
-To enable JavaScript in your browser.
-Anti-virus software and Firewalls are known to obstruct affiliate links (which we use to track your purchases). Your firewall must be enabled for cookie tracking. Ad and cookie blocking must be disabled to allow us to track your transactions.
-Don’t use private browsing or incognito windows in any browser.
If possible, use a dedicated browser for all your shopping, as you would have to do amend your settings after any automatic updates on your browser.
-Do sign in to your Quidco account and start your shopping by clicking on the retailer´s link.
-Don’t use any voucher codes received from any source other than Quidco.
-Do try to complete your purchase in one sitting only. Using a saved quote or shopping from previously saved shopping carts may cause your cashback to be declined. If after checkout you want to continue your purchase from the same retailer, close the browser, return to the site and start a new session by clicking the retailer link.
-Don’t open too many website tabs in the same browser as it may seriously affect transaction tracking.
If you experience problems while making an online transaction and opt to call the retailer to complete the order, your cashback earning could be affected – please refer to retailer’s terms and conditions.
-Don’t mix products with different cashback rates within the same purchase as the retailer will track everything at the lower rate.
-Don’t use a saved or retrieved quote when buying insurance, always create a brand new quote and complete in one sitting.
-Don’t buy more than one insurance policy/phone contract etc. in the same purchase – make a separate purchase for each in order to qualify for the cashback.
Always forgetting to go through Quidco? Download our Quidco Cashback Reminder which also helps with the tracking of your purchases.

Once you have selected your payment option, an on-screen message will advise you of when you can expect to receive the payment.
Please note – the minimum we can pay you in any payment run is £1.00.
What is ClickSnap?
ClickSnap is designed to reward members with great savings on everyday grocery essentials bought both online and in-store. ClickSnap cashback can be redeemed either by:
. Sharing online supermarket account details held and purchasing online.
. Shopping in-store at selected supermarkets and uploading an in-store receipt as proof of purchase.
What’s the difference between a voucher code and a retailer offer?
Voucher code – A voucher code is a code for a discount such as free delivery. The code must be entered during the purchase on the retailer’s site.
Retailer offer – Retailer offers are generally not exclusive to Quidco and are there to draw your attention to an offer or reduction that already exists on the retailer’s site e.g. a Blue Cross sale, to show you that you can take advantage of these offers and reductions and still earn cashback, where applicable.
How to earn cashback on the High Street
Simply register up to 5 debit/credit cards in your In-store settings. Allow 24 hours for your card to register and then shop as normal – using your registered cards – at your favourite participating stores.
Please note: Some retailers do require you to ‘activate’ the offer to receive cashback or a higher rate of cashback, via the blue ‘activate’ button on the App or your browser. Do always check the Quidco site to see if this is the case for the retailer you are wanting to purchase with.
What is Quidco Compare?
Quidco Compare is their own comparison site. Unlike other comparison sites, though, Quidco passes the commission they earn back to you as cashback.
How can I earn cashback for referring friends and family to Quidco?
You can refer as many friends or family members as you wish. Simply go to your Refer Quidco page and follow the instructions.
Please note – once your friend has £5 in ‘Confirmed’ cashback, they’ll send you an email to let you know that your referral reward has been credited to your Activity.
In conclusion, Quidco is legit and also a good place to earn cashback for all the purchases you make online. It is also one of the most popular sites online. However, that does not mean they are perfect or does not have any negative complaints. But in general, Quidco is a nice place to be.
Hope this helps. Wish you all the best!
