Is E-Rewards legit or scam?
E-Rewards is one of the popular reward websites online. It is free to join and earn money with. And we have seen some people got paid. However, it is easy getting matched with a paid survey and it is Hard to actually finish a survey without it deciding you were not a good match after you started the paid survey. Their surveys can be long and very boring and it is hard to stay motivated to actually finish them. And according to our findings while writing this E-Rewards review, accounts easily de-activated or suspended. Apart from this, E-Rewards is a good place to be.

While we’re writing this E-Rewards review, we searched and researched the whole web for E-Rewards complaints and feedback. Below are what we found:

For the most part my experience with this company has been great until last week when my account was randomly de-activated. I wasn’t warned that it was going to happen and I certainly never asked for it but thankfully I contacted their customer service and they fixed it.
Another problem is some of the survey companies who work through them not giving our credit. I’m missing 1800 from a survey diary I did. E-rewards customer service know I did the survey and said they would contact the survey host ‘Mesh’ but it’s been 12 days and i’ve not had any update. I would have thought in this situation the right thing to do would be to credit me themselves and then get back the credit from the survey host for themselves. So I think it’s worrying that they deal with dodgy scam survey hosts..another example of scam survey hosts are the ones who literally tell you which answer option they want you to click. So much for quality control if you can’t express your honest opinion! E-rewards deal with a lot of survey hosts who do that! And i’ve had other who ask you the most random questions that have zero to do with the actual survey! E-rewards need to be more picky with the survey hosts they use.
In regards to pros though. I love that e-rewards are a company who even when you are screened out of a survey (which is 98% of the time – with me at least!) they still give you a bit of credit for your time. Valued Opinions and Crowdology don’t do that! (those are the only other companies I have experience with)
They need more gift card options as rewards too. They only have amazon and M&S at the moment (on the UK site) I love amazon gift cards but other gift cards to pick from like Toys R Us, The Entertainer, GAME etc would be brilliant and provide more variety.
I just hope these guys don’t do anything bad to my account again. Here’s hoping!

I totally agree with the previous conmment and i have had the same experience, however i did not get a reply to my enquiries after my account had been de activated i sent about 5 emails and heard nothing back.As far as im concerned they are totaly ignorant and i see i am not alone in being treated badly. It was once a good site but appears to have gone downhill fast. Avoid at all costs and if you have any credits cash them in quick before your account is de activated and you lose them like many others. Luckily for me i had cashed out my points a few days before this happened and recieved a final reward of 1000 nectar points, however i lost some credits i had left over !
My account has been reactivated now, however it seems that quite a few people have had their accounts deleted for varios reasons !

I was with e-rewards for many years and loved it, however, they de-activated my account last week and the reason they gave me was that they had found inconsistent data in my answers. Now, I always answered every survey question truthfully and thoughtfully. A bit of digging around the internet and I soon found I was far from the only one who was kicked out for no good reason. Lots of people have lost all their credits.
If you decide to stick with e-rewards I would urge you to cash in rewards as soon as you have enough before you get de-activated too.

I have been doing surveys for about 4 months now and it did start very well but lately there has been some concerning issues. Early on I managed to complete some long and short surveys and I was collecting a nice steady amount of avios points. It didn’t take too much of my time and I was fairly happy.
However, the last month I have managed to complete just 2 out of 12 Surveys. I am not happy as you start filling in the surveys and get half way through it, providing a good amount of information and spending up to 15 minutes filling in the surveys only to be told that you do not meet the qualifying criteria and you will only receive 25 opinion points rather than the incentive amount of opinion points. This has happened too often lately to be a coincidence.
I understand they need a few qualifying criteria but spending over 15 minutes on a survey to qualify, when the survey should take only 20 minutes is ridiculous. If this keeps happening over the next month, I am going to reconsider my participation in this scheme.
Overall this is a good scheme but not worth my time if I can’t complete the surveys to earn the incentive points. The basic 25 opinion points for each survey would take a very long time to earn any worthwhile incentive and therefore would not be worth participation in my opinion.

However, if you ensure your profile is up to date this should maximise your opportunities to qualify for surveys that are most relevant to your lifestyle and interests, minimising the chances of you being screened out halfway through.
If you ever have any problems with particular surveys, or you get screened out very late in the process please make a note of the survey number and then reach out to our member services team who will be happy to assist you to try and ensure you get rewarded. They can also take a look at your account to see if there’s any technical reason stopping you from receiving applicable surveys.

e-Rewards is the best survey website I have ever been apart of. The reward redemption center is easy to use, and they provide so many opportunities to earn rewards. I love having the opportunity to test products for rewards and do surveys that require in-store visits or at-home studies. The rewards are well worth your effort to share your opinion. In conclusion, E-Rewards is a legit survey website. It is free to join and earn money on. However, you may not get rich doing this. And E-Rewards, according to members complaints and feedback is very slow to earn and they have high rate of account de-activation and suspension. Apart from these, they are a very nice place to be.

I have been a customer for over a decade and have never had an issue. I was reading about some of the issues people have had and I have never experienced those issues (I can speed through multiple surveys to gain quick points, I can redeem more than $75 within a 3 month period - even on the same reward). I tend to get a lot of survey opportunities and complete them quickly. I also have never lost a reward.
If you get the chance: sign up for e-rewards. Three upset people (or however many there are when you read this) our of hundreds is a likely statistic with a company (what company does not have a few angry customers?).
Customers must be aware that E-rewards will deactivate their account at any given time and take your hard earned points. At best, you will receive e-mail in response to your complaint that they found "inconsistencies". They will never provide any details, just bogus and hollow script responses. They won't listen to your arguments because their "detection system" is faultless, in their eyes. Therefore, don't bother dealing with them, but if you do, keep your balances low. They have no moral barriers so they steal your points, this is how they make part of their profit
Ive been a member of this survey panel for over 4 years and have always enjoyed the surveys and rewards until recently. I redeemed over 100 points for a reward but was never credited the award in my account with the partner company. I tried repeatedly to query E Rewards and never received a response. I believe there must be some internal difficulties because in the past E Rewards has always been very responsive and customer friendly. I don't want to discontinue my participation but have lost confidence.
I have been a member of E-Rewards for about 6 years now, and I have accrued quite a few rewards dollars to cash out at Best Buy for a very nice Christmas present, but E-Rewards has set up a "rule" that you cannot redeem more than $75 dollars more than once every 3 months, which makes my points USELESS.
How am I supposed to be able to use MY POINTS HOWEVER I WANT AND NEED TO, when they are preventing me from doing so for idiotic reasons?
If I can only redeem $75 Rewards points at one time every 3 months, then it would take DECADES to use them all that are in my account.
I want to redeem them ALL at Best Buy for a Christmas gift, but E-Rewards says I can't, and they are preventing me from doing what I want to do.
Very unacceptable and I am LIVID because of it.
To make matters worse, they are NOT responding to my email requests, as I have now sent a few to them, and they are avoiding me, because they know that they are taking these actions on purpose.
Their actions really make me wonder if they are a scam company......
