The order went straight in the bin
The order went straight in the bin. Bikini set…the top was tiny the bottoms were massive. Beach wrap would have been ok if you were a size 8 anything above that it would have looked hideous.
Also, the bikini was supposed to be black and white but it was more of a dirty white. Very poorly made.
Update on review. Received an email to say refund has been issued but awaiting it in my account. But I can’t say I would change my opinion on garments as that still remains. The sizing was nowhere near the size guide and very poorly made.

DON’T order from this website! I ordered a dress from here. I never received it and when I sent them an email asking for my money back, they wouldn’t give it to me. Apparently, it was coming from overseas and there is no tracking information in which to find out what happened.

I ordered from Dresslily on several occasions. My first order was a polka dot dress for my mother. It came surprisingly quickly. The material was soft and it fits perfectly. I ordered some more pieces and I was extremely satisfied with all orders received. Including the fact that I live in the EU in a small country called Slovenia. The fact that there is no shipping is an added bonus for shopping on the Dresslily. I found it really helpful that there are size charts so you can order the right size for you. The last order, bathing suit, came especially fast. And another great thing is their support service. I accidentally ordered one size too big. I just wrote to them and they replied very fast and they changed my order. I will continue to shop on Dresslily. It is so affordable! And so much to chose from! 10/10 for me!

I received my order after one month as expected. The items that I chose are all good quality. I would recommend only standard shipping. Before choosing what you want to watch videos and blog reviews to know what you are buying. I did that and I’m happy with my order, also I forgot about the size, always go up one or two sizes for coats, sweaters and hoodies. Some bikinis are accurate in size and some may be run small so choose wisely except if you don’t mind cause they are so cheap. Overall, I’m happy with my experience with this site.

All of my items came in a timely manner and we’re just as to pictured on the website. I was also able to track my package right to my front door so I could get it right away. Ordered two Jeans in my usual size. Did not know that the products will be delivered out of China. Both Jenas was way too small (provided photos to the seller). Asked how I can return them. Seller provided an RMA address in China and it cost me 29 EUR to return them. I provided the tracking number to the seller. However, the seller is only inclined to refund my money in several weeks when they could verify that the goods are in good shape. So all together: spend 100 EUR for nothing. Given the circumstances, I believe that it would be more than fair to refund the money once the shipping number of the RMA has been provided.

1. DressLily’s responsibility
If DressLily company is responsible for the issue, they will allow a return to DressLily warehouse for a refund and/or an exchange.
Once they receive the item, they will offer compensation or resend for free a replacement at their expense.
2.Customer’s responsibility
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size, product or simply wants to exchange the item, they can also allow a return.
The customer is responsible for the shipping fee for an exchange, and they will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
For USA customers, you will be given a prepaid shipping label to return your products. They will deduct this fee from the final refund.
Notes about DressLily Warranty

1. What are common mistakes in choosing clothing sizes?
1) Choosing the size based only on your height or weight, both must be accurate.
2) Simply choosing the size which you normally wear comfortably.
Please remember there are thousands of clothing manufacturers. Due to different measurement systems, there may be slight variations in size standards. Both methods can lead to incorrectly fitting clothes.
2. So how do I select the right size?
1) Correctly measure your body size. Check out how to measure your side below.
2) Generally speaking, clothing sizes are slightly larger than the actual human body size. When women purchase clothing, the bust size of the clothes should ideally be 2-4 inches larger than the physical body size. Similarly, the bust size of men’s clothing should be 4-6 inches larger than the body size, and the clothing waist size between 0.8 to 1.6 inches larger than the body size. For winter coats, the size discrepancy should be slighter larger than the above-quoted numbers. (The information above is for reference only, with specific differences depending on your personal taste, seasonal style, and clothing fabric.)
3) You can tile the most comfortable clothes which you usually wear, measuring the bust waist hips, and other areas, and then compare the measurements to the size chart. Simply select the nearest size.
To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follow:

Do I have to pay tax on orders I buy at DressLily.com?

5. How do I know if my items have been shipped or not?
When items are shipped out, we will send a notification to your registered email address. The tracking number might not be available until a few days after dispatch, we will update the tracking information once it is available.
6. How to track my purchase?
Once you get the tracking number, you may check the item delivery status online by accessing the website of the related delivery company.
7. Why is my tracking number invalid?
The tracking information normally appears after 2-3 working days. If a tracking number is not searchable after this period of time, there are several possible causes:
The shipping company has not yet updated the most recent delivery information on their website; the tracking code is wrong; the parcel has been delivered a long time ago and the shipping company has removed it from the tracking code history.
We suggest you can contact our Customer Service in those situations and we will provide you with your tracking number. We will contact the delivery company on your behalf and you will be informed once there is further information.

AFTER SALES
1. How can I return my purchase to DressLily?
Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. If you make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met, the first thing you need to start is to contact After-sale Services and please also provide us with the following information:
- Original order number
- Reason for exchange
- Photographs clearly showing the problem with the item
- Requested replacement item’s name, number and colour
- Your shipping address and phone number
Please note that we are not able to process any items which are returned without our prior agreement. Once we agree to take back your purchases, please make sure you write a note in English with your order number or PayPal ID so that we are able to find the order details.
The return process has to be initiated within 30 days of the receipt of your items. We only accept products in their original condition.
2. Can I exchange or return an item?
At DressLily we pride ourselves in the quality and fit of our clothes. All Women’s Clothing is designated as OSRM (Other Special Regulated Materials) and once sold will not be returned or exchanged except for quality issues and miss-shipment.
Quality Issues:
Should you find any item to be materially defective, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent within 30 days after receiving the garment unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund.
Mis-Shipment:
We will exchange your product if the purchased product does not match your original order. For instance, it is not the colour you have ordered (perceived colour differences due to your computer monitor display will not be exchanged), or the item you received does not match the style you have ordered.
Attention:
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt;
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed;
Merchandise must have all tags, original packaging, accessories and embellishments fully intact;
Gift cards, jewellery, underwear and bodysuits merchandise may not be returned.

They provided me with their own tracking number not the one from the postal service. Had to request the actual number. When I checked with the postal service they said that the number is from a shipping label request, and that to date it has not been received by them as an actual package. Makes me feel like it is a scam. Can't get an actual person to check on my order and give an honest answer as to why they never shipped it out. They just blame the post office.
